Monday! Goals for this week and a poker victory over the weekend

Happy Monday everyone! I tested the waters with AI writing the entire blog for me, and it felt so wrong in so many ways, and completely missed the mark for what I was going for anyways. So bear with me. I think I am going to start writing the night before and finish the post the next morning for my blogs, and get out as much information as I possibly can. I'm wanting to intigrate AI into as much as I possibly can while still keeping the human factor in all of this.


I'm also going to start adding daily/weekly pictures of food and poker scores! Starting with this one. Nice score to start the week!

So my next big mission is to lay out a 12 week cardio program using grok and setting specific goals that I want to accomplish. Right now it looks like im shooting to run a marathon in April or May of 2026. I also need to learn how to intrigrate the data from my apple watch and how to upload the information on here in a meaningful way. But heres the post, I might add more later today or do a different one with the workout program I come up with and maybe some before progress pictures!
