Good morning! Today I'm just going to upload some food pictures and see the best way for me to start incorporating them into blogging/ adding them to the website itself. It is one of the things I love on social media, is seeing different food/entrees from different parts of the world. Especially before/after pictures and the recipe on how people cook certain meals. I plan to eventually incorporate my entire diet with pictures as well as my weekly workout routine.


The workout routine currently is straight cardio. I'm focusing on my 5k time as well as my 6 mile time. My PR on 5k is 22:30, which is DECENT. I want to get it somewhere around 17 minute mark, realistically that will be around my limit and I think I can get there within the next 3 months. The next couple of blogs are going to be my workout routine and just pictures of food. Going to start uploading pictures daily!
